Weng Seng graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing with 1st Class Honours and completed his MBA from Victoria University. 

He has almost two decades of experience in sales and marketing in various industries & companies. Weng Seng started his career in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and moved on to food and beverages, oil and gas, and finally moved to the telecommunication industry prior to joining MIDF. 

He is an avid runner - albeit not a fast one – and had joined half-marathon running events over the years.
