Dato' Seri Diraja Nur Julie Gwee Ariff is an experienced investment banker with over 20 years of experience in debt markets as well as corporate finance. She joined MIDF Amanah Investment Bank in 2012 as a Director in Corporate Advisory Structuring and has since advanced to be the Head of Debt Markets. Dato' Seri Diraja Julie is an active advocator of sustainable financing and under her leadership, Debt Markets has completed various landmark transactions which have won numerous awards. Prior to joining MIDF, she was with ECM Libra Investment Bank for five years as Director of Investment Banking and various other securities firms and investment banks advising on corporate finance matters.

She is a Chartered Banker and received her Master's in Business Administration (Finance) from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom (in collaboration with Olympia Business School) and her Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Finance) from Curtin University of Technology Australia.

Dato' Seri Diraja Julie runs, hikes or cycles during her free time to stay healthy, physically and mentally. She is also an avid traveller as she believes travelling is the best way to nourish one's heart and soul.
