MIDF Amanah Investment Bank receives the “Best Islamic Facilities” Award
MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad (MAIB) received the “Best Islamic Facilities” award for OMS Group Berhad’s Multi-Currency Islamic Syndicated Term Financing Facilities at The Asset Triple A Islamic Finance Awards 2023 ceremony which was held in Kuala Lumpur on 16 August 2023.
MAIB is the lead coordinator/ lead manager, principal adviser, shariah adviser, and mandated lead arranger for the transaction, together with other mandated lead arranger for the transaction, together with other mandated lead arrangers, namely HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad, OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad and OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad. The Multi-Currency Islamic Syndicated Term Financing Facilities were uniquely structured under various currency and securities packages involving various jurisdictions, to meet the business requirements of our customers. The award was accepted by Puan Rosmawati Abd Majid, Senior Director/Team Lead of the Debt Markets Department half of MAIB.
