MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad (MAIB) receives the award for “Best ASEAN Green SRI Sukuk Of The Year”
MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad (MAIB) received the award for “Best ASEAN Green SRI Sukuk Of The Year” issued by reNIKOLA Solar II Sdn Bhd (RNSB), on 31 January 2024, held at EQ Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
MAIB is the Joint Principal Adviser, Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Lead Manager, alongside Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad (HLIB). MAIB is also the Facility Agent and Shariah Adviser for the RM390.0 million ASEAN Green SRI Sukuk Programme. The award was accepted by Dato' Seri Diraja Nur Julie Gwee Ariff, Senior Director/Head of Debt Markets.
Dato' Seri Diraja Nur Julie Gwee Ariff also received another award for “Best Domestic M&A Deal Of The Year In Malaysia” on behalf of MAIB's Structuring & Advisory, Client Advisory and Solutions (S&A, CAS) team for our role as the Principal Adviser to Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad for the MBSB-MIDF merger deal.
